Diet changes.. Avoid tea, coffee, chocolates, cold drinks, spicy food as these are bladder irritants. Also if u think that any particular food is increasing ur problem... Stop that
Bladder training... Pass urine after fix time.. Like initially every 30-60 minutes. Than gradually try to increase time interval by breathing deeply or distracting urself
Exercise.. Start streching exercises.. Reduce weight if weight is more
Avoid pressure over abdomen.. Eg belts
