My stool is soft semi solid. But still it is not easily passable at a time . This problem is since childhood. 5 years ago Lateral sphincterotomy was done for anal fissure due to getting one day hard stool. Then from last 20 days I am feeling burning sensation and pain in anus while washing after latrine  but no blood Yesterday I saw a surgeon . He told a pit in anus with a elevated portion. ??? My question why without getting hard stool why this has happened ???
