Hi Doctor, Please advise if the attached ECG is normal. Sinus Tachycardia; Borderline prolonged QT interval; QTc = 480; Borderline ECG. Thanks for your kind help. Regards.

QTc can be long due to electrolyte imbalance or some medicines or some genetic problem. Need to correlate this ECG with your clinical profile and symptoms for further advice. Get Serum electrolytes checked and consult online directly

Upto 450 is normal Might be borderline because of dyselectrolytemia Check Na/K (sodium/potassium) if normal than nothing to worry
