Hi Doctor, Good day sir. Sir, while playing basketball, the ball hit on my finger tip and now I feel the pain and pus inside my right thumb. If I touch anything or if anything accidentally hits my thumb, it pains a lot. Sir, can you please guide,which specialist to consult with for the above mentioned issue?

You may consult a general surgeon. If there is pus point an incision and drainage of pus may help relieve pain and infection. Best wishes
