Pus in semen 15-20, 45million sperm cnt

Sir/madam i am 36yrs old now and yet get married. These days i am feeling so tired and low energy in legs and once after i ejaculate or mastarbute it is taking one or two days to get complete erection again and i am having anxiety problem . So i have done few tests as per few advices i have attached them . Kindly look in to it and advice. Please advise your valuable suggestions.  Not feeling complete erection but having sexual thghts but not feeling it physically.
