My father's age is 80. Having co moralities. He is suffering from pus in one fingernails of hand and foot.can I give him antibiotic like dilam? What oinment is best?

If clinical pictures would have been provided then it would have been better. If pus is beneath nail bed, then removal of the nail will be required for better management.
