SUFFERING FROM ARTHRITIS SINCE 20 YEAR LAST YEAR HAD INJURY TO SPINE INTERVERTIBRAL DISC COME OUT & PROBLEM IN WALKING TREATMENT IS DONE NOW FROM 15 DAYS HE HAVE A PAIN & BED SORES HAPPENED ON BALL&SOCKET JOINT ON PELVIS & HOLE IS HAPPENED THERE PUS IS CONTINUOUSLY COMING FROM IT AND BED SORES ALSO HAPPENED TO BACK HEAD AND SIT PORTION SKIN IS GET BLACK AND SENSETIVE TO DIAPER ALSO AND PUS TEST SAYS ISOLATED STAPHYLOCOCUS SPECIES SHOWN INDUSIBLE CLINDAMYCIN RESISTANCE NOW WHAT CAN I DO

Hello.. Well the bed sores must be treated immediately before it goes deep in the skin and touch the bones causing osteomyelitis... Staph is a common organism causing it and we an treat it effectively with vancomycin injectable or higher antibiotics like meropenem...please consult a dermatologist at the earliest and also patient needs good nursing care at this point of time.. It's better to use alpha or water bed too which will further prevent sores.. And every two hourly position changing is a must
