Hi, my semens reports is volume 2 ml sperm count 46million per ml active 55%, dead 35%, sluggish 10%, pus cell 12--14 Doctors plz advised me what I'm do....??

U have sexual tract infection. Need s antibiotic course. If not treated it may result in  infertility.
