I woke up this morning and began to masturbate butcouldnt get really hard and fully erect so after a while I quit trying. When I looked down at my penis there were these purplish splotches on the right side of it and I'm freaking out. They dont hurt nor are they raised or itchy or anything like that....please help me figure it out i am beside myself with worry!!
