Purple black and blue shoulder

I hit my shoulder on Sat and didn't notice anything. On Sunday it was swollen and had limited movement. It felt like a gout flare up but seemed weird in my shoulder. Today is is still swollen but purple, black and blue. Some pain in some polsitions but I have more mobility today. I can live with the pain but was worried about something more maybe.

Tab tramadol plus two times a day after food for ten to fifteen days. continue physiotherapy n EXCERSIE as adv by physiotherapy. Ok. After REPORTS CONSULT an orthopedic surgeon.ok.
