My pulse rose to 309 at 11:45 pm last night. Was home alone with kid and was shaking all over so kept sipping water. At around 2:00 am pulse came down to 150. Around 2:30 my hands and feet started having pins and needles and ere going heavy, numb with a tint of blue. Its 3:42 and I can still feel my heart in my throat and my body is shaking mildly. Too exhausted to even get up. What happened to me and what should I do?
