Hi sir, My name is Suresh 27 years my self checked my bp 135/85 to 140/90 so many times and also puls rate is 88 to 94, so please give adivise my health issue Respected sir please give me suggestion sir Thanking you sir

You dont have frank hypertension, it is called prehypertension. You dont need any medicines Regular excercise and healthier diet rich in grains, low in salt , fat and carbohydrate should be incorporated in ur day to day life.
