Pulsating Neck pain

Hello Doctor, It's been a while I am experiencing pulsating neck pain. Very sharp, that lasts for 1-2 hours. slightly towards left from  centre of neck (2-3 inches towards left from centre of neck portion). Feels like a pointed nerve pain. sensation of a blood rush as if a nerve compression. Observation specifically during afternoons and evenings, When sitting for long hours, before or after meals. Feels better when I walk around in fresh cool open airs, breathing exercises. feels lot better when I tend to have some hot tea or nice tasty hot snack or a meal. Its not a continuous pain but troubling me often. I feel terrible and cannot concentrate on any thing. Having difficulties during office hours. Sometime feels very panicking and nervous thinking of it. Is this due to some gastric disorders? Please help me with a suggestion. Thank you in advance.
