No, lung fibrosis cannot be reversed, but can be managed through pulmonary rehabilitation for the remaining part of the lung. Consult online or in person with the specialist in pupmonary rehab for proper exercises.

Hey there! The part of lungs that is fine should be prevented from getting fibrosed through rehabilitation and other therapies. It depends on the percentage of lungs fibrosed. The fibrosis in the case of covid is not progressive. Fibrosis cannot be reversed.
