Why 80 percent of patient having pulmonary embolism diagnosed in autopsy???..dead space ventilation are seen in which conditions except this??

Hello, pulmonary embolism can cause sudden death, hence diagnosis can be missed. Various other conditions can cause dead space ventilation.
