Pulled/torn tendon or muscle or spasm

Ive felt pain in my calves for the past 48 hours , i had a calf workout on Wednesday but the pain didnt start untill midday Thursday. I cant stand on both my feet or walk normally . I dont have pain while im siting down only when i apply pressure to my calf muscle or when i try to stand up or walk . I think My right calf is a little bit swollen but there are no bruises. I want to know what is my problem ( streched or torn muscle/tendon or a simple muscle spasm ) and what i should do .
