Hi.. I’m 23 year old men. I have puffy nipples. It gets shrunk in cold and looks normal, but puffy when warm. I feel very embraced to take off my shirt. Please give a permanent solution for this. Note. I don’t have any lumps below my nipples. I don’t have Gynacomastia. Problem is my nipples are not pointed when Warm. But it’s rock hard when cold.
