Hello, I have had recurrent hemorrhoids as a result of my IBS-D for some time. Recently, I was in a pubic toilet and I had to go and had a normal case (for me) of diarrhea and got splashback from the pool of public toilet... stuff... in my anal vicinity. I immediately stood up and went to the hand saniitizer and used it in that area in spite of its normal usage because it was the only sterilizing option I had. Should I be concerned?
