My Father have IHD , CABG in 2008, CAG in 2017, LAD - Type III TIM III Vessel, LAD Ostial 50% followed by 70% lesion, LIMA RIMA Y, LIMA to PDA Patent, RIMA to LAD 90% Diseased long segment, RCA Dominant, RCA 100% Midsegment Lesion, What is this disease. and what to do,PTCA + Stent possible or not
