Psychological problem with my studying

I cannot sit down for the studying I'm lacking motivation's and sometimes the things that supposed to motivate me become obstacles . I don't have a problem Of understanding and comprehension . My only problem that I cannot sit down to study even for 10 minutes . I have to study and I need to study, so if you can help me with this issue I'll be thankful.
