Psoriasis treatment

Since 15 years i have problems on my foot sol. skin becomes hard and cut from some place i feel very pain where the skin cut. i used to consult so many doctors some says it is psoriasis. but Ayurvedic doctors says it is not psoriasis. some time problems becomes so big that i can't even walk. is there any treatment of this problem possible.
