Hallo thanks for your query. This is an auto immune disorder. we find more weight here but u v just opposite. It is Better to v healthy body by normal weight. u can go up 8kg. Take more brown rice, lemon rice,more whole grains, whole wheat for chapati, roti 3 to 4 pcs.add mug,lentil any one soupy,add protien like egg,or fish every day.dairy products are good.Max vegee,lean meat, soyabean, dry fruits are helpful. avoid high salt, high oil,saturated fats,
sugar,cholesterol by trans fat parallels more & no stress or low depression as possible.
