Psoriasis, lack of vitamin D
I've been diagnose with psoriasis for 9 years i understand well about psoriasis, recently I find out that my nails, muscle stress in neck and rashes are all related to lack of vitamin D.
I apply doctor prescribe steroid cream with vitamin D on it, it helps a lot on my skin. May I know if there is any other causes for my condition? Maybe i am lack of certain vitamin all these time?
Psoriasis and vit D deficiency is linked and proven in many research papers as vit D also helps in maintaining turnover of skin layers , direct link with other vitamins not proved yet , vit A analoue Acitretin is widely used to control psoriasis and pustular psoriasis
