My head has psoriasis for the past year and it is very itchy,what to do to fix it. i took lost of medicines but it was not good so please help us

Psoriasis is usually not itchy, do u have psoriasis on scalp only. It can be seborrheic dermatitis. Don't use any oil on head. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
