Ultrasound pic is attached with it. sonographer didn't tell what i asked him and doctor said all is okay. but in try to self read usg I googled and got much tension and worry.Is nasal bone present in baby. And hands are not clearly visible in usg picture. Is every thing ok?CRL is 59 mm 12weeks GA.

All organs will not develop till 12 weeks. Kindly repeat your sonography after 20 weeks.
