I have prostatis problem on last april onwards. I thought i got it chlymadia( STI). Also i have semem bacterial infection (klebsiela spp) my symptoms is Penis burining most of all the time. Some time right testicle swelling, some times perinum irritation. Thats rare. I was take homeopathy medicine. But didnt cure. So doctor my question is What type of Prostatitis is this? Acute or Chronic. 3 months back doctor diagnosed with prostatitis. He was did rectal examination
