Recurrent complaint is intolerable burning in urethra having relief only after ejaculation. But ejaculation is not painful. complaint follows every after 24 hours and continued so till ejaculation. Sometimes no sleep. Case seems rarest of rare. My urologist strongly believes seminal fluid infection.
