I had a stone in the vuj ureter of size 7.5mm and i have been taking unani medicines for one month. Last time i had usg tested the stone has passed to my prostatic urethra (size 7.8mm). I fear that if it has stopped there, it might give an issue while coming out too or might get stuck in the urethral flank. There is no obstruction, but slight burning sensation while micturition. Should i be concerned about it or can it be treated through medication? Kindly suggest.
