Prostate problem?

I'm a 33 year old Hispanic male. When I urinate, I sometimes have trouble starting. It is a weak stream. I'll have to contract those muscles to help empty the bladder or I'll push up on my perinium(sacrum?) There is also some dribbling when I finish. There is no pain or discomfort, no blood or foriegn objects in my urine.
