No free flow urine, irritation when passing urine, 61 years male, enlargement growth 55-60%, taking 1 tablet of Temsunol every day by doctor advice if growth and more tripping started then advised to go for surgery. What I need and want if I go for ayurvedic medicine whether the problem can be cured completely how long I have to take medicine

Bph is condition where enlargement of prostate occur.it usually occur most commonly after 50 years of age.it has irritative and obstructive symptom...symptom does not depend on prostate size...it include hesitancy,decreased force and caliber of stream,incomplete bladder emptying,straining,urgency,frequency and nocturia.....................
