Sir iam Dr rajadurai md gen.my father  s diagonsed prostatic ca confine to gland only no Mets.pet psma prostatic scan says primary malignacy with right seminile vesicle infiltrated.t3no mo stage.can we do robotic surgery for my father?Or simply radiotherapy plus hormonal theraphy is enough pls help me sir.iam totally confused about the treatment.pls reply immediately
