Prolonged periodsupto 25 days

I am 30 year old female. I have 7 year old child. I have hormonal imbalance problem due to which I have irregular periods. From past 6 months I'm getting periods with a month of gap. But its starts very slowly with only spotting or very very light flow for 10 to 15 days and then normal flow lasts upto 10 or 12 more days. Totally it lasts upto more than 25 days..I am suffering with overweight problem also... last check up doctor suggested to reduce my weight which i couldn't reduce.....how to control this irregular prolonged flow...previously i had menstrual cramps also but i dont have any

U need to do TSH , prolactin, FSH, CBC n blood sugar random at some lab. If it’s normal then go for ultrasound of abdomen Consult online with details
