Prolonged menstrual bleeding

Breast feeding mom .second pregnancy .baby 5 months old .regular mentrual cycle started at 9 th of september still bleeding . inserted T as well.usually used to have menstrual cycle of 5 days. Earlier pregnancy menstrual cycle started at 3 months and tge bleeding happened for 25 days ..had tp tablet to stop .later my cycls were normal.can feel rash with pads.
