Prolonged bleeding and irregular bleedin

Is prolonged bleeding and irregular bleeding is comman after surgical abortion. I had a surgical abortion on April 1st I am bleeding for every 12 to 15 days and bleeding continues to 12 to 15 days. Ultrasound vaginal scan also done to check for remaining particals. But it was clear. And the flow is like period flow with out any clots and continues for 15 days
