Progesterone table viginally after IUI

I had IUI treatment and my doctor suggested me to take progesterone tablet viginally. I could easily insert the progesterone tablet viginally for the 1st week after IUI treatment. But now I'm finding difficult to insert. After insertion, I get watery discharge and the tablet comes off during in fluid form during urination. Is there any solution?
