Process of reducing BP naturally

I had no high bp , 2 months ago I had suddenly bp 160/100. So doctor prescribed ARBITEL MT 50 regularly. Now my bp stays 120/80,but if I stop medicine for 2 or 3 days ,my bp rises to 140/90.Now I want to maintain my normal bp without medicine.please advise me.
