17 year old boy! I mastrubate 3 times a day My penis has turned dark, i believe it has some type or dead skin on it ,my scrotum hangs loose and right side hangs a bit more! I feel there is something stopping steady flow of urine too! Do i have a normal. Penis? Can i pass class 1 medical fitnees If i am not normal hiw can i correct it
