Hello.... Breathlessness on walking could be due to asthma....pulmonary function test is required to confirm ....what's the cause of lobe consolidation ?? There could be previous lung infection like pneumonia , TB , etc... Detailed examination and investigations are required Consult nearest pulmonologist they will do the needful.
