Hi,you are suffering from fungal infection of that area and applying cosvate gm will only worsen it though it may give initial temporary relief as its a steroid cream.So stop using that as it also causes stretch marks n color change. Start tab.terbicip 250 mg daily at night and onabet cream twice daily.Continue this for 3 weeks n let me know how is it.take care.
