Hello!!!I am a 21 year old boy and for the past 2-3 years i have been experiencing some problems while writing.Whenever i write it takes a lot of effort from me to write any word.I cannot write fast now.When i write it feels like something is stopping my hand from writing,i feel a jamming like situation in my hand.Situation has aggravated recently

Could be stress related. Do some relaxation techniques like walking jogging Yoga etc. If problem persists then consult a Neuro Specialist.
