Problem while defecation. Painful

Having pain while passing stools for last few weeks. Swelling present in the area where the stool comes out.

Hello well it seems like you are talking about hemorrhoids... I would suggest you to not to strain while passing motions... Secondly you should not sit for a long time I go for long bike rides... You need to make sure that you have more of vegetable especially green leafy ones... You may also require stool softners.. meet a  surgeon thank you
