Problem removing menstrual cup

I have used the menstrual cup before 2-3 times. But I always have an immense trouble reaching it out for removal. And I think I'm not able to reach it. I'm trying to avoid panic but, I'm not able to get it out now, it's almost 1/3rd my finger in. kindly advise.
