I have been feeling a burning sensation in my penis since a year and I keep pressing the bottom of my penis to stop it but it swells more. My foreskin also is not stretched when not erect and I also feels lumps on the back of my penis. my testicles are always saggy and are out of place. My non erect length is one and a half inch and erect is 3 inch. I am 15 year old male and I feel great discomfort and i amworried about it and scared to consult to my parents or a doctor
