Patient had an operation of motiyabind but due to daibities operation is not success, and now patient faces the problem(swelling) in his eyes. He had taken th injection of antiswelling but no effect of injection appear. What can we do in this case

I think your patient is suffering from endophalmitis severe type of infection very difficult to recover , you should immediately consult in higher institution to know  the truth what went wrong.
