Problem regarding nymph node TB

I have swellon nymph node behind the war. The size increased after some time and decreased also. I have nymph node TB. Treatment duration about three months. Please suggest me why size is increasing and decreasing of nymph. My fnac result was non specifies chronic nymphadinitis. HIV negative test. Blood cells count are normal.

Post auricular lymph node enlargement is usually secondary to Dermatological problems such as scalp seborrheic dermatitis or any other type of scalp infections. If it is increasing in size not responding to anti TB treatment then you should consider undergoing lymph node biopsy
