Problem in urinity

Facing problem in urinity. Pressure is not coming in 6-7hours. Also problem in public palces while urinity. The urine is not coming I think I am suffering from parerisis. I have in a very serious problem. So please help me to come out from this.

Get ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine,uroflowmetry test. Consult a urologist for the clinical physical examination.sometimes a special test like cystoscopy may be required. Treatment as per your clinical findings
