Problem in urinating

I m not able to pee after waking up in the morning and sometimes in the day and getting lot of pain and after continous strain its been happening after 1/2 hr that too after putting lots of pressure. I am 4 months pregnant and i m worrying  about the problem is there any serious issue? Is there any urgency in consulting the docter??
