Problem In taking BP related tablet

My mom is taking this tablet Amlokind 5MG since last 2 months however whenever she takes the tablet she feels heavy the entire day, she is unsure when and how to take the tablet. Few saying the right time is to take it empty stomach however few says take after eating the breakfast. Really need help on this please.
