While mastubratiing some amout of urine is also ejactulatiing and i always feel like to urination while mastubrating. And my mouth also feel dry all the time Please tell me why is this happning. Is this affect my sexsual life after marriage

u shud know basic physiology of urination n ejaculation. dryness is due to low osmolarity,or side effects of drugs r.u taking any drugs also?? do urie test for any infecrion n other blood tests also
