I have pain in my left eye. Which is burning And paining a lot. And water is coming out of it.and swelling also from down side. It has been 10 days suffering from this problem. My doc said me to have these medicine but there is no relax in my eye. 1.tear drops gel(carboxymethylcellulose) 2.Atro eye drop (atropine sulphate opthalmic solution.) 3.milflox ( moxifloxacin and difluprednate opthalmic emulsion) 4. Flexon tablets

Hello This could be due to conjunctivitis or uveitis or corneal injury etc. Kindly share photos of eye in open position and if possible share your case file so that i at guide you better Till then please continue your Medicine as prescribed by your ophthalmologist
